By using DawMain or buying any domain from it you agree to these terms.
1. Offers and prices
Listed prices may change until payment is completed. An offer is binding on the buyer while it is valid; we may accept, reject or counter it.
2. Payment
A domain is reserved only once the full amount has been received. Bank or network (crypto) fees are paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
3. Transfer
We start the transfer after payment confirmation, following the policies of the registrar involved. Ownership passes when the transfer to the buyer's account completes.
4. Refunds
Because domains are digital assets, payments cannot be refunded after the transfer is complete. If we cannot deliver the domain, the full amount is refunded.
5. Valuations
Displayed valuations are for guidance only and are not a guarantee of future value or return.
